Weebly has been around longest. The website templates provided are good. The drag and drop features are easy to use. I would recommend for starters
Pros: Has the highest Google and Alexa Ranking of all three
Cons: The website building application is slow.

2. Synthasite
Sythasite is great for building websites, but the templates are suspect and not idea for blogs. The modules or widgets provided are endless; Adsense, MP3 players, Google maps and more.
Pros: Easy to build a website and plenty of modules. Upload your own files( up to 15mb per file).
Cons: Templates are average

3. Blink web
Build a website or blog in a snap. Blinkweb was built with the internet marketers in mind, providing sales letter and blog style templates unmatched by other sites.
Pros: Build sales letters and capture pages in a flash. Blinkweb provides internet marketer training. You can also purchase a domain name for a $1. Hands down build for bloggers and internet marketers.
Cons: So many good templates to choose from
